Fatigue is one symptom of
hypothyroidism that can make
getting through the day
difficult.1

It can cause you to feel too tired to work or you may find yourself frequently napping.2 If you are suffering from fatigue, it may be indicative of hypothyroidism.1

It is normal to feel tired when you are not getting enough sleep. But if you are finding it difficult to get through the day, despite getting your normal amount of sleep, there might be something wrong with your thyroid.3
Talk to your doctor

Talk to your doctor about thyroid symptoms and what you can do about them. The sooner you do, the sooner you can get tested and find out if your thyroid symptoms are being caused by hypothyroidism.
